Are there any travel nurses out there? If so, what are the preferred companies? Do you have the option of signing on as a travel nurse BUT working within a specific radius of your residence?
Are there any requirements prior to being a travel nurse i.e. experience?

Just my opinion, from experience. HPO, Medstaff, Travcorps, Medlogix
are a few of the reputable I am aware.
I was going to post a couple to stay away from but my personal liability insurance needs a boost.

The answer is yes, but be cautious you don't tip off to soon that your local. Many love to skip the housing and airfare allowance.

Usually one year will do it.

Travel Nurses & Therapists forum. I would say it gets at least 50+ messages a day and there all related to traveling. The link might not work because I got there after using my password. There are a few nurse traveling boards on Delphi but this one is where everyone goes.
